implementation of requisites and activities that foster the cultural,
environmental and economic sustainability of the tourism activity. We are also
committed to sensitize the tourists and the local population about the importance
of the environmental patrimony; also, we are committed to train our employees
and the people that we hire to elevate their work skills and to guarantee the
ongoing improvement of the institutional processes in order to deliver a high
quality service in search of the satisfaction of the tourists.
